About the Owner
DeSitaa Lipscomb is the CEO of Grace First Video. DeSitaa has earned an extensive diversity of experience and knowledge in various capacities spanning over 40 productions. She started her career receiving hands-on training on The Soul Train and B.E.T Award shows and has circulated her expertise to the community with film classes to the youth. Mrs. Lipscomb has assisted in the casting department on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and in the Costume Department alongside Oscar-winning costume designer Ruth E. Carter for the film Selma (2014), by Ava DuVernay. She has also supported the Story Department for various VH1 and A&E shows. One of her most cherished memories was assisting and coordinating travels for The Quincy Jones and Friends Show at the Fox Theater in Atlanta, GA. Her progression through multiple positions in commercials, music festivals, stage plays, films, and television has strengthened her philosophy of how a production must function from storyboard conception to final bow.
