MEET OUR FOUNDER

DeSitaa Lipscomb is the CEO of Grace First Video. DeSitaa has earned a broad range of experience and knowledge across various capacities spanning over 40 productions. She started her career by receiving hands-on training at The Soul Train and BET Award shows and has shared her expertise with the community through film classes for youth. Mrs. Lipscomb has assisted in the casting department on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and in the Costume Department alongside Oscar-winning costume designer Ruth E. Carter for the film Selma (2014), by Ava DuVernay. She has also supported the Story Department for various VH1 and A&E shows. One of her most cherished memories was assisting and coordinating travels for The Quincy Jones and Friends Show at the Fox Theater in Atlanta, GA. Her progression through multiple positions in commercials, music festivals, stage plays, films, and television has strengthened her philosophy of how a production must function from storyboard conception to final bow.
